Cherished curiosities was the source of shop that looked as how it had always been there.

Tucked away along a winding, cobbled street, down a small flight of stone steps and overlooking a courtyard the antique shop had existed for well over a hundred years before that before it was given a

name and a bell behind the door that tinkled when it was opened. Before it became known

by antique dealers across the land for housing some of the finest, most unusual items they

would ever see, it had been a repair shop. People had brought their broken items to be fixed, with skilled wood turners working alongside

metal workers, silversmiths, blacksmiths, and seamstresses, all using their talents to restore

precious pieces to their former glory.
