It's the first day of school.

It is the first day of school, so it was a rather hectic morning around here. Both of my girls were starting in new schools this year in grade 8, and sorry, in grade 7 and grade 9.

I know I have a high schooler now. It's crazy. It is difficult to believe, but so we had a good first day of school.

That was very exciting. Everyone came home happy with their situations, their classes and their teachers and stuff like that.

So we'll, you know, fingers crossed, we get through this school year without it shutting down.

So far so good, though, day one.

I just go, man, grade 9, that's amazing. The first time I quit smoking was in grade 9.

No, it's more like 12 or 12 years ago. It's been over 10 now.

But yeah, I smoked in grade 7 and 8, and then quit for all of high school and then started again after high school.

Well, you needed to be in top physical shape in high school, so you didn't want to smoke through all those formative years.

Yeah. And then one new year's eve, I decided that my new year's resolution was to start smoking again.

And I did it.
