It is time for the annual wins pool draft.

We have done this for the last two years.

I have lost each of the last two years.

Exercise is pretty simple.

Me, Derek, and Dave are each going to pick five teams in a snake draft that we think are going to finish with the most wins in the NFL. The goal is to have the most combined wins by the end of the season. We added this wrinkle last year. We're going to keep doing it. We're also picking two teams that are projected to finish with six and a half or fewer wins when you look at Vegas over-unders. So we're going to have seven teams apiece, 21 teams total. So most of the

league compared to what we've done over the last couple years. I hate my team. You

guys will hear that as we go through it. I have the third pick. I feel like I was screwed

by the random order generator, but that's where we are right now.

So let's get to this year's edition of the 2025 Winspool Draft for the Athletic Football Show.

It's time for an annual tradition, what has become an annual tradition, that I have come to loathe because

I have lost it over the last two years and paid off a bet that was humiliating in front of all

of our colleagues, Derek. Two years in a row at Radio Row, I have had to do terribly embarrassing

things in front of everyone we know in our professional space. And I'm really hoping Dave joining

us this year and cutting down

my percentages of loss from 50 to 33 gets me into a better spot with this. But I'm not holding my

breath. So you don't have any more confident that you can beat me necessarily. Why would I?

I don't intend to let you. So I'm feeling pretty good good i have a really vivid memory of because before i
