And over the weekend, I was checking Twitter a lot because I know the final roster would be announced pretty soon.

We talked about it a little bit on the show yesterday.

And during Why Today Doesn't suck, we got the official report from Evan Grant put it out first that Andrew McCutcheon was told that he made the team.

And I don't know, it sounds a little lame, but I was really happy for the dude.

I was, that's what I was wanting, the news I wanted over the weekend is this guy needs to make the team.

And I totally understand not everybody's paying attention to all the roster things and how the sausage is made in the spring.

They also brought in Mark Kana, who's no spring chicken. He's 37, who also had a great spring. Hit over 300. Hit for a little power. And unlike McCutcheon, he can actually play some outfields still at this juncture of his career. And they pretty much got him off the couch just like Andrew McCutcheon. But McCutcheon 39, he's entering his 18th season, and it will be his first with the Rangers.

And we talked to him in surprise, and he, the story is awesome.
