At first it doesn't sound exciting, and, you might actually think you HATE this idea, but trust us, we've been doing this for years and it has made ALL the difference.
For dad, it turns you into a leader.
For mom, it stops you from having to be the leader and be the only one who cares about what's going on in the family.
For kids, it gives direction, purpose, momentum, and growth.
