Today's show is going to be a surprise show. I don't even know what I'm going to share for the rest of this episode

because I'm going to do it ad lib a cappella improv style.

I want to just say first off every time you guys really listen to my show which is crazy sometimes

I'm like they actually listen and then I see you in the streets I don't know why I see a lot of you on the streets, but I do or in the gym or email, text,

Twitter, whatever world, Instagram.

It means a lot.

I'm just so glad that you helps you guys' lives out.

You get to hear cool stories from different people like GT McCormick.

People loved his story,

and a lot of other really fun ones like Tynan, Mike Posner, all these other great people.

What we're going to do is there's like a few things I wanted to share, but I'm just

experimenting with the new style format.

I think what happened in the show is I got bored

We had an episode coming out tomorrow and it was an episode that was like another interview of another white male

And another like inspiring story of opportunity.

And I don't think there's anything wrong with that and I'll probably definitely keep doing

it and I've loved all my guests.

I think there's something about consistency which is keep doing the podcast but I also think you

have to try to mix things up and experiment and have fun yourself as part of the

journey. So what I'm going to do today is share two stories maybe one and a half I'll
