I'll share with you what's going on behind the scenes, as well as a preview into what to expect

Starting with today's Rosebud and Thorn. My rose today is I was able to do my first full yoga

practice today after COVID, and it was amazing. I was really stiff. My muscles are still really tight,

which made me appreciate how much my body doesn't normally feel that way, and reinvigorated my

appreciation for my yoga practice. My thorn is I am still struggling with fatigue and brain fog.

After having COVID, it is a real struggle. My husband and I both are having to remind ourselves

that we are recovering, even though the sickness is gone. Whoo, our bodies,

they're still figuring that out. My bud is that I have therapy tomorrow and I haven't been in

almost a month because of traveling and then the sickness, and I really miss it. It makes me feel

so grounded and patient and present. I cannot wait to go back. Okay, so here's what's going on

behind the scenes. Right now, I am remembering the importance of seasons, of allowing ourselves to

experience different energies at different times. At the beginning of June, I decided that I was

going to start planning by season and not the technical season, but what I think the seasons are,

meaning, you know, it doesn't really matter what the calendar says. I think summer is June, July,

and August. It doesn't matter what the world says, what the rules are, that is summer to me,

and it will always be summer to me. And so I am focusing on what I want my summer to feel like,
