Summary

Finally the pieces of the jigsaw come together and so do all the people in this story as everyone gathers at the High Court in Aberdeen for the trial of Pamela Gourlay. Melanie’s family come face to face with the young woman accused of killing her for the first time and they are shocked by what they see. What’s even more shocking is the chef’s defence and what she claims really happened. Who will the jury believe?
