Brothers and sisters, it's been a very, very long hiatus from our series The Stories of

the Profits and I know there has been a lot of requests and demand and so alhamdulillahi

Bismillah in the name of Allah with the help of Allah asking the blessings of Allah.

Let us resume this series and for a quick recap, I have spent a considerable amount of time

talking about the benefits from the story of our father Adam and some of the questions

and issues that arise from that and as you have seen in that series, I am following a

methodology that is perhaps somewhat different than many others who speak of these stories

and I am separating what our actual tradition says, meaning the Quran and Sunnah, you see

what our actual Wahi says, from what later scholars might have derived, from what archaeologists

might say and raising issues that a person of our times is going to be questioning and

wondering about and there's no doubt that when a person does this and does things that

people are not accustomed to, especially some of the scholarly class, there's no doubt

that there's going to be objections raised, people will be somewhat disturbed, some of

them and so be it, I have presented my evidences, I do not claim that they are 100% correct,

I have given my opinions and I leave it to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to judge and reward

for this sincerity and then after that to the erudite scholars to correct or to accept

as they see fit, if there's any benefit it is from Allah, if there's any mistakes it is

from myself and from Shaitan and I say all of this because we now begin our second part

after doing the story of Adam and frankly I'm not going to be regurgitating what is found
