Why don't we just start off with what is the stoic approach?

How did you get into stoicism?

Can you tell me a little bit about what exactly does the stoic approach mean?

Yeah, fair enough.

Well, this is an offshoot from my gray map project on

Instagram, my little weird entity that I created on YouTube that over the years I've seemed to

have a lot of fun with. A stoke approach, the idea is to take current events, take like lessons, media news, and talk about it through the lens of

Stoicism.

Stoicism is a 2500 philosophy that, you know, is more about logic and reason than anything

else.

It helps take the idea that there are emotionally eliciting events and

subjects and people and things that happen in our purview. We watch it, especially on social media,

on YouTube, on the news, it's in the world world. And it all lists, it's an emotional reaction, especially here in the digital world and it all lists it's an emotional reaction especially here in the

digital world people say things now to try and to elicit a reaction on you to help with their

algorithmic response because that's what we're all doing we're all fighting the algorithm are we not

so what is happening is is when people elicit your emotional response,

they now have control over your actions. And those actions are like, share, commenting,
