And normally there we had three panelists, and normally here we have three panelists.

Today, Mike and I handling the duties, and we'll get back to a trio shortly.

We do this program Mondays and Thursdays now twice a week, and it gives us a great opportunity to wrap up what happened over the weekend.

And boy, a lot happened over the weekend.

And, of course, something's going to happen tonight in the college football national championship. But let's talk about the final four to the NFL dance. It was as

odd, I think, Mike, a weekend of playoff games in terms of the zigs and the zags of the things

that I can remember this deep into the playoffs. Sometimes you get a weird wild card game, but usually

by the divisional rounds, the chalk holds.

And certainly the chalk didn't hold when it came to Baltimore.

And it sure looked like it wasn't going to hold in Kansas City Houston's game.

And let's begin there.

24 to nothing, Houston's sitting on that big a lead.

The next 51 of the next 58 points were scored by

one team, and the final score is 51 to 31. I don't know if this was just a question of a sleeping

giant. I don't know if there was anything that Houston could have done to maintain that lead.

Mike, do you think that this game could have ever ended any different way than it ultimately did with Kansas City winning big?

A hundred percent I do.
