Hello my friends I'm Deepak Chopra this is daily breath. The first step to converting emotions is to take responsibility for what you're feeling.

In order to take responsibility you must recognize the emotion. You must feel it in your body. You must locate

it and you to do it. with any kind of pain. Please sit down whenever you have the time.

To do this, close your eyes, find a comfortable place,

private space, and begin by meditating for a few moments.

You can meditate just by watching your breath,

Now, identify exactly what you're feeling. What word best describes your

feeling? Focus on that word for a few moments. That word could be frustration, anger, hostility, guilt, shame, anxiety, any turbulent

emotion that can be summarized in one word.

Now gradually shift your attention from the word

What physical sensations are you feeling right now?
