Proverbs the 20th chapter.

We're going to begin a new series this morning.

I feel like you became convinced that you have eternal life.

I mean, we can't. You might say, well, what is that?

We just finished a multi-week series on it, Eternal Life. If you didn't, if you weren't here,

listen to it all, download it. And it will deliver you from the fear of death. If you know that you have eternal life and will never die, even though your body dies, you won't die, then it just delivers you from the fear of death.

But this kind of goes into it.

There's a connection here, and I've been looking at this for, I didn't just

decide last night to start on this. I've been looking at this for quite a while. But it is

one of the most significant things you could talk about. Of course, eternal life is too. I mean,

can you find some unimportant things in the Bible?

I don't think so.

But the Lord quickens to us what we need at the time.

And so I believe this is timely.

Proverbs 20 and verse 27.

Proverbs 20 and 27, it says,

The Spirit of Man is the candle of the Lord
