Right, before we get talking about chasing ghosts, there's one thing regarding this film that must be addressed first and foremost.

And it is the line with which Walter Day somehow manages to out ego Billy Mitchell

Despite being one of the more humble guys in this whole scene. And that line is when he says, I sometimes feel guilty with the video game stuff,

when it would be more beneficial to the world to pursue my music and finish my novels.

Which I believe was plural novels.

Wow.

Yeah, well it's not helped by the considerable amount of Walter Day's music that we get to be exposed to in the film. I'll say this. He's managed to prove that with nothing but an acoustic guitar it's only quasi impossible to be your own backing band

I mean I don't know if

Boo Boo Bo-a is a song. Yeah, he's, you admire the confidence, right?

Oh yeah, he's full of what we would call Get Up and Go.

He's got spunk. Moxie. Yeah. Some of the pizzazz. The old a ch ch ch ch ch ch cha cha cha cha. Oh dear. What a film though? Yeah right. And what were you going to say?

I was going to say when do you want to talk about that scene you showed to me that sadly was not in the final release?

Okay, yeah, I mean, well, yeah, we can, I guess front load with that, why not?

Why make the people wait?

So the, this is the version of the film that we watched, which is available on Amazon and I guess is the final cut of the film, is not the version of the film that I had seen previously, many, many times,

which was apparently a pre-release review

screener copy that has like about four minutes give or take of additional content in it.

It also has a whole lot of, speaking of ambition and people with a lot of confidence in Moxi, the documentary

filmmakers had a whole bunch of licensed music that I guess they thought that they were going to be able to get the rights to for inclusion in the film.

Oh, yeah. None of which makes it into the film, but they recorded sound-alike tracks for all of it.

So like I recognize all of the music as what it's supposed to represent

at that moment, but it is not the original song.
