Yeah, so, aside from the modern city that's about to get dumped on with snow, you have another

modern city that you're working on and I managed to catch a part of your stream the other day

and it's looking really great like I'm really

excited by some of the stuff you were building there do you want to talk us through what you've been doing lately?

Sure thanks man I really appreciate the compliment too and it was it was a fun experience because of course you

sent over a lovely raid from your twitch stream and I had just finished or was just

about to finish the the This was the first modern build that I completed outside and inside altogether kind of like cohesively.

I've been doing a lot of framing a lot of like building balconies, but it's a hollow building

You know like the concrete makers inside the apartment

building there's not all floors do not contain decorated apartments and any

decorated departments I have done are like placeholders it's like slab that's a table, stair, that's a chair, countertop, four blocks. Like I just I've not put any kind of effort into block selection or detail or lighting or anything like that. It's just to kind of get like I wanted to know

how big an apartment would be so that I wanted to know what how big a building would be

if I put four apartments next to each other on one floor. Yeah. But this
