Rita Borenstein about her book, My Soul is a Diamond. Let my true light shine. Since 1979, when

Rita became a nurse in Vasa, Finland, she has helped people heal from within. For many years,

she ran the holistic

centre for well-being in Stockholm. She is a nurse, an acupuncture practitioner and osteopath.

In 2012, Rita became the first hypnotherapist in Sweden, trained by the Newton Institute

in Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy for Spiritual Regression. In 2018, she published

Oh, happy your guest again, Simon. It's lovely. So we're going to talk about your book,

which is called My Soul is a Diamond. And it's all

about these sessions you've done where you take people through life between lives, hypnotherapy.

But for people who aren't quite sure what that means, can you say what is life between lives?

That's right.

For about 11 years now, I've been a member of something called the Michael Newton Institute.

And it's an institute. And my work is based on the kind of session that someone called Michael Newton back in the days, he called it Life Between Lives,

it's actually to be in touch with one's own soul, not when we're not incarnated.
