Super exciting time of year, man.

We're getting close.

It feels like this gap between mini camp and training camp has kind of flown by a little faster than normal.

It has for me.

But that doesn't mean that news doesn't happen every now and then.

And the most recent piece of news to come out has been the 49ers and J Jennings, wide receiver, Juan Jennings,

not seeing eye to eye on a contract situation.

Juan Jennings might not just want a new contract, but if he can't get one,

might want to get traded.

Your immediate thoughts, Matt, on this particular situation.

It's worth discussing.

It's worth kicking the tires on from a Steelers perspective.

I like the player.

He came on like gangbusters last year, especially after Ayyuk was out of the picture.

Right.

I mean, to start with this part, though.

I don't know how the Niners could afford to move on from. I mean, Iyuk's going to miss time to start the season. I'm a big Pierce Hall fan, but he's unproven. They're in it to win it. They're an older team. They've got the easiest schedule in the league. I don't know that their side of things are going to be shopping them. That being said, what would you get in this player?
