plan your route before you hop in the car. Consider the following. Every one of the more than 20 roads on the parade route between Washington and Cedar will be closed during the parade. If you're taking the bus, you may need to walk a few extra blocks. Light rail trains between Linwood and Federal Way will run through downtown every six minutes until 6 p.m.
