And Greg, this is one of those shows that I think is relevant and important for Carolina Athletics.

And I say one of the biggest decisions Carolina Athletics has made in quite some time.

I don't know how to quantify it, but I think it's a massive decision.

But a lot of new numbers came out today.

Greg, numbers today, some interesting ones that came out about the Smith Center.

And I've got it at the bottom, renovate, relocate, and now repair options.

Yeah, and I think the best way to do this is kind of start from the beginning.

And when I say beginning, I mean last fall.

So the end of November beginning of December.

And for those who have followed, I see for years, we reported about a year ago that the thought process was kind of trending towards Carolina North.

For a variety of reasons, but one with an arena really serving as an anchor

opportunity for the new campus up Highway 86. And I think from the university standpoint,

that made a lot of sense. And we can get into that.

But as you got into the fall, the decision was made to move forward with having an arena at Carolina North. And then when conversations took place with Roy Williams and a lot of the stakeholders as well as with former players, it became clear that there was a lot of backlash, a lot of pushback on the lack of transparency and the decision-making process.

And, you know, Bubba Cunningham, Steve Newmark, since then, I've acknowledged the communication

was not what it needed to be, and that there was a bit of a dropping of the ball in that regard.

And so what UNC has done really over the past three months has had a number of these meetings with various stakeholders
