Good morning, how you doing?

I am well, just hanging out, got a lot of baseball-related stuff done yesterday, ready for a big week, how about yourself?

Yeah, it's going to get hot here today, so I'm looking not forward to that, I guess.

We're actually a little rainy here still.

Look out.

We hit a reprieve, I mean, it's getting a little tiresome, and I'm old, so my body reacts negatively to the voice currently here.

It's really sad, but it's a fact of life, and my back is barking, but it's all right.

We plug on, and we always, with this cliche here in Texas, we need the rain, because we always do, so we'll store it up for the summer because at any moment, it's going to hit 100 and then stay there for three months, you know?

Yeah, the city I live in is going to institute water ash in it today.

So, that'll be fun.

I think on the heels of the winter storm, they're talking about us having to, you know, maybe get some rolling blackouts, brownouts-type deals, so cool.

Well done, well done Texas, it's great job, you're super fun.

On the plus side, I have not had a cigarette for a week now.

It's fantastic, man, and like, I'm sure that week felt like an eternity.

It did.

But I'm used to it, because that's what marriage feels like.

I can speak from a tiny measure of experience, I didn't, I wasn't smoking very long when I quit, but it gets exponentially easier.

Each passing week feels a lot easier by the time you get through it, so stay strong, my man, because you're off to a great start.

Very well done, and I know that you don't like it hot, because you just prefer casual weather.
