Justin what's going on man? Oh just another day in Paradise I've had an hour and a half

of sleep and you're on fire. Oh I'm just yeah no it it's okay because that like is a

hell of a lot more I went two straight days without sleeping pretty much the

other day so it. So it's been rough. Not that the baby's that

difficult or anything but my wife apparently will wake up at any sound of like the baby makes so I've just been sleeping on the couch with the baby which doesn't go well

Well, I'm sorry to hear that I mean I've actually been sleeping so I can't I can't I can't actually relate here I can live vicariously through you

You just pretend yeah, I mean I don't sleep a ton, but I'm certainly getting more than one hour a day.

You know in the winter I try to sleep more just to pass the time until baseball comes back.

You're hibernating.

Yeah because it sucks without baseball, dude. And yeah, I'm going to complain about it because now it's cold here too and not just spore cold, it's actually cold. It's in the 40s with wind and it's probably

taking it to like a 30 wind chill it's a nightmare wind is the devil but anyway we do have

plenty to talk about the hot stove is keeping us warm.

The winter meetings weren't, you know, over the top.

There wasn't a lot of amazing stuff going on.

There was, you know, none of the major pieces dropped dropped but we got enough to keep us

one we got a pretty lengthy transaction last year exactly there was like

nothing last year last year last year was total died and so this year we actually got some some real moves we

got another Seattle trade weird but let's let's start with Andrew McCutcheon

and talking about him going out to Philly.

This is a move I really like.
