Talking baseball with old friends, middle of the season. I'm excited. Thanks for having me, guys. Justin, how you surviving over there? I'm surviving, you know, it's still July.

It has yet to get hot.

I know I've been talking about it all year, but it is officially the coldest summer in the history of the San Francisco Bay Area.

See, global doesn't even exist.

Since they started recording temperatures in the 1800s, this is the coldest summer.

So, like, we were like, oh, Sacramento's going to get really hot, and the A's are going to, like, you know, have this insane heat.

It just hasn't happened.

It hasn't.

I mean, like, there's still hot days, but overall, and you, like you said, you have been on it all year about how temperate your spring and summer have been. You know, what we don't talk about a lot, though, is that your team's actually pretty good. You're always poo-pooing your team. I'm having to convince you that the Giants are actually good. But here they are again, 54 and 49. I know you've been wanting a tear down for like a decade which

they're just not going to do so you know get used to it as they continue to add gigantic

pieces it's not that i want to tear down just pick aside either go all in and say hey we're going

for it and trade away prospects whatever to go get the pieces you need to win now.

Or tear it down.

Don't fence it.
