All right, we kind of ride that fine line of business and also personal development. And those things go hand in hand, which is actually what I want to talk to you about today.

Okay, I know it's Thursday thunder. I know it's usually just straight motivation today. But I want to talk to you about a very, very, very important skill and the reality of learning that skill.

Okay, the skill I'm going to talk to you about guys is the difference between being an average person who makes between 40 and $80,000 a year.

And then moving from that, that earning bracket to the six figure earning bracket or seven figure earning bracket or beyond.

Okay, when you develop this skill, you are essentially creating something within yourself that is going to allow you to progress. It's very, very difficult.

I would say it's the hardest skill to learn. I would say it's also the skill that's going to take the longest to learn.

All right, and that skill that I'm talking about right now guys is leadership. That skill is the management of other people.

Okay, you could go out and you can run a business and you could have a storefront and you can, you know, maybe earn, you know, $70, $80,000 a year by yourself.

You're going to work like a fucking dog, but you could probably do it. Okay, you could do that on the internet. You could go out and you could figure out how to, you know, sell some products online, do some Amazon stores, do some eBay stores, do some different things.

You could create a company and you can make, you know, high sub $100,000 a year. But guys, that's not a lot of money.

Okay, it's just not you guys might think it is because you're not earning it right now, but I promise you you are going to spend at whatever level you earn at.

And when you get to 100, you're going to feel just as broke as you feel now when you're not making anything because you're going to spend the money on dumb shit. That's just the reality. Very few people understand how to manage money.

But that is a different subject. The subject that we're going to talk about right now guys is how to become a leader and how to become an effective manager of people.

Okay, we talked about this at length on previous podcasts, but I just want to give you a short realization of why this skill is so rare and why it's so important.

Okay, guys, to be a great leader, to be a great manager of people, it starts with you. You have to execute at 100% levels all the time.

Your people, the people who you have underneath you that are helping you scale and grow your business, they are going to judge you on your weakest moment. They are going to judge you on the 98 times you did something perfect. They're going to judge you on the two times you took the play off.

They're going to look at that two times they took the play off and they're going to say, well, that's the level I need to execute at. And so the level of execution is going to naturally dilute because they're going to judge you on what your weakest moment is.

Alright, guys, being a great leader starts with setting an example, Vince Lombardi said, at best, I can't say any better, nobody else can say any better. He said, leading by example, isn't the best way to lead. It's the only way to lead.
