recent episodes that suggest danger, not only in Ukraine, in the conflict between Russia

and Ukrainians, but also in Belarus, where the Wagner group has been deployed in some fashion.

Near the Polish border, Poland has now sent 2,000 troops to the border, but striking about this

in my conversation with Anatole is that it doesn't have to turn bad. It can continue like this

just fragile. But the Wagner group is lawless. It is involved in all kinds of depredations in Africa,

and we can presume has no rules of engagement. On the other hand, the Polish army is highly

disciplined in a member of NATO. There's opportunity here for trouble, lots of trouble.

Same in the Black Sea, where Mr. Erdogan of Turkey is seeking a new grain deal
