Paul transitioned from city life as a corporate accountant without a background in agriculture when an illness required him to change the course of his life. After serving in the Marine Corps and contracting Lyme disease during sniper school, Paul began to look more closely at what he was putting into his body to focus on healing, but wasn’t able to find pasture-raised chicken that fit his Paleo needs.
