So that said, no, the evidence in this case properly tried, and of course that's the big caveat,

this is overwhelming because you have a collage, you have multiple facets.

And, you know, what we have is we have his DNA is found not just at the crime scene,

but his DNA is found on a sheath where a Marine Corps K-bar knife was originally held,

and that was consistent with the weapon that was used to slaughter these poor four kids.

And then you've got, you have the cell phone evidence.

And I've presented that evidence in court many times where you're trying to place a particular

defendant in an area at the time murder happens.

And when you have a distance that's traveled, sometimes you just get a pain in the area.

But when you're traveling a distance,

it's like footprints on a beach.

And it is incredibly convincing.

And you basically get the AT&T rep or the Verizon rep, and it's the same one that testifies.

In all the cases, it's the same one that are actually very good at it.

And they explain the engineering, how cell phone towers work, how they're triangulated.

And it's one of those things that some of it's really technical and some of it is very, very common sense.

Because we carry these things around with us everywhere we go.

And we know we see the transponders.

And they're designed to go to the nearest tower or the next nearest tower.

And at that time in the morning, in a heavy traffic period of time, sometimes they'll relay.

But at two in the morning, that is going to be a perfect imprint of Brian Coburg, or driving towards the scene.
