Just King Things is a podcast about reading the books of Stephen King in publication order.

As these are largely horror novels, they often deal with complicated and disturbing topics.

This episode on the 1977 novel The Shining has content warnings for abuse, including domestic abuse, assault, head trauma, broken limbs, racism and racial slurs,

misogyny, alcoholism, homophobia, and threats of sexual violence.
