Hello my friends this is Deepak Chopra again and I'm continuing our conversation around the four paths to self-realization, the four

paths to the secrets of the self, the four paths to enlightenment, ultimate Self Awareness, whatever you want to call it.

So these four paths in order of sequential unfold involvement are being, feeling, thinking, speaking and doing.

Fundamental. Fundamental awareness starts at the level of being.

Being is already pure consciousness.

At the level of being before we interpret our experiences, our perceptions, which we call physical reality and our mental activity which we call imagination and feeling and desire and memory

before we modify our consciousness into any activity, we are at the level of pure being. So that would be

the first path to Enlightenment, just being, not feeling, not thinking, not

reflecting, not speaking, just being.
