We run towards the things we think will make us happy, only to reach our goals and realize that these goals aren't as fulfilling as we had anticipated. This is because none of us can accurately predict what will make us happy. While there has been a lot of research done on happiness, relationships, and well-being, we still don't fully understand why some people lead fulfilling lives and others are less so. Is it their personalities, or could something else be at play? At the heart of this debate is the science of personality: how a person's genetic makeup, hormones, and other personal traits affect their well-being. Marc Schulz has a few suggestions of his own that may just improve your relationships. Discover some of the secrets to a happy life!
