And it's very timely that I talk about this because yesterday I was really honored to spend two hours with Mr David Allen who's the author of getting things done which is the art of stress-free productivity and he was just really an amazing

gentleman to sit down with and he's been really working on his theories for like

30 some odd years and working with some of the great corporate people and

consulting all over the world and some of his basics are really just that basics

and part of it starts off originally with getting all the things in your head

and getting them out of your head and getting them down on paper and by doing that it's a great way

to start getting things done and what happens with our human brains

is that they're constantly processing everything

that's going on, and it brings up issues

always at the wrong time.

So say, 3 in the morning, you're thinking about that colleague at work that you need to tell them something or whatever and it's always the most inappropriate time and it also causes us that sometimes when we're with loved ones and family people in certain times

that's because we really haven't dumped them out of our heads one of the first
