Monsign Yereusif encountered St. Padre Pio, who would become a spiritual father to him.

He has lived in areas around the world, serving in the pontifical missions.

He continues to serve as a retreat leader and director to bishops, priests, and sisters, seminarians, and other religious leaders.

Today I have a very strong point that it's really on your heart today, Monsignor? Today I have a very strong point that is really on my heart.

I would like to invite everyone, including myself and you, to enter into this gospel.

It's a very important gospel for us for Lent, and it's on the second Sunday that all over the world

this gospel is being preached. Matthew was getting at the heart of something very deep here.

The heart of Jesus on this mountain was going to be facing another mountain that he was going to have to climb, the

Mount of Calvary.

Jesus was facing his death, and he was receiving conversation as he was being prepared

because he was on his way to Jerusalem, which is where they were going to kill him.
