And as always, listen or discretion is advised. So, Because Haley and Marie Cummings was reported missing and in danger, the Florida

Department of Law Enforcement released an Amber Alert in hopes that

someone local will recognize this five-year-old

girl who seemingly vanished from her home on February 10th 2009 at the time of

this recording she would have been 20 years old. It was first confusing to learn

that the five-year-old was not asleep in her bed when the terrible discovery was

made in the early morning hours around 3 a.m.

Her dad's girlfriend, who was there watching his two kids,

noticed the back door was left wide open.

Was she kidnapped by someone who broke into the house?

Or did she escape in a situation like

this time is of the essence minutes can feel like hours she didn't know what to do or where to look first and it's late at night. In a Florida town, she knew this little girl was in immediate danger.

This is a story of a missing girl, a number of sleepless nights, an ongoing exhausting search

against time, and a fight for justice that is still active today.

So the family reported last knowing that she was asleep in her bed, wearing a pink Hannah Montana shirt shirt inside the mobile home located at the

Hermit's Cove in Satsuma, Florida on the evening of February 9th, 2009.

And at the time of her disappearance, investigators believed that she could still be in the same area and they hoped to find her.

Haley was described as having a birthmark in front of her left ear, a four inch round birthmark on her lower left side of her back, and her

ears pierced.
