So we're going to talk about your book.

It's called The Science of the Paranormal, The Truth Behind Telepathy, ESP, Reincarnation, and More Mysterious Phenomena.

So how did it start for you?

What was your initial interest in all this stuff?

Oh, wow. We'd have to really go back away to find the real origins of this.

Although I was asked this question on another podcast some months ago, and I had this spontaneous

memory pop up of being about 10 years old, 11, maybe.

We lived way out in the country, so nice, dark skies.

And I was given a telescope for, you know, I was really interested in astronomy.

And I was given a telescope for my birthday.

So I'm out there one summer night,

and I'm pointing at things in the sky and looking through my viewfinder. And I see this

really weird-looking thing. It looks like a smoke ring. But like, I realize I'm looking at something that's at least out there in orbit,
