It's great to have you on with me tonight on a Thursday in September.

It feels like it's in the middle of July, though.

Man, I'm glad that my Thursday workout is at 8.30 in the morning because if it started when the workout

ended, like 95 plus the humidity, it's sucked today. I'm ready for crisp cool, okay? Just paid the price.

Now it's ready.

We're ready for fall.

But anyway, this is what September is.

It's up.

It's down.

You get a little bit of that in early October as well.

But anywho, we've got a good one tonight, and the air conditioner is pumping.

And it has been pumping for the last hour.

So it's just starting to get cool because we have high ceilings in here.

Not as high as it used to be because we had them drop the ceiling,

but a cork ceiling, a drop ceiling in probably around 2016, around the time that we were here for about a year.

Thank God we did that because it was about three feet taller, and we had two ceiling fans,
