I am so happy that I finally got this up and running.

And I thank everybody who's tuning in and listening.

Today I've chosen the topic of the sacred slut.

It's something I'm really interested in personally.

And I also feel like there's a lot of stigma around the word slut.

So I thought, why not kick off the podcast with a little bit from me around that topic?

I'm also going to talk into what is a sexologist and my journey into becoming one

because it's a question that a lot of people ask me.

And I feel like there's no better way to kick off this podcast without

introducing myself and my story and why I have come to sitting here talking about sex.

So I've always been quite a sexual woman. I remember exploring bodies with my friends at a very

young age and being fascinated by my vagina. And so I guess from a young age I was self-pleasureing

without even knowing it. I never felt, I was self-pleasureing without even knowing it.

I never felt much shame around self-pleasure.

I know I did hide it from my parents, but mum was very open about sex.

She walked around naked a lot, and I guess that definitely empowered me as a woman to embrace my body,

embrace everything around sex. So at age 16, I went on an exchange to Brazil and Brazil

opened a lot of, I guess it opened my eyes a lot because the culture over there is

very sexual but not necessarily, people aren't necessarily having sex.

So at age 16 I was over there and I explored sexual energy with other people through dance and just through interactions,
