today shayun tells us the stories of the births of her two sons her first in Ibiza spain with a male doctor in her home and her second a free birth in Bali

in this episode shayun speaks of her experiences with typhoid during pregnancy the healing powers of plant medicine consistently clearing fear and stress from her birth in space

and how she experienced complete healing in her maternal line through remaining true to trusting in her body

right before my second child was born in Bali but I have an almost four-year-old who I birthed in Ibiza in Spain

and that was one of the most beautiful moments of my entire life you don't know that feeling until you've had the baby and that's just it you know it's the greatest gift of all time in my opinion

so I moved from Los Angeles to Ibiza to really seek out a place where we could build our healing center and during that time I was invited to a really really beautiful sacred private ayahuasca ceremony on the island
