No issue is more important to the world than climate change.

Later this year, world leaders will gather and do buy for COP28, the most important international summit at which critical climate issues are discussed.

This series of podcasts will look at the crucial issues to be discussed at COP28 from the perspective of leading experts from around the world.

Each of the podcasts will feature elements from a series of five live expert roundtables we convened to explore the road to COP28 and beyond.

Each of the roundtables will be hosted by highly regarded leaders from the climate and international affairs communities.

The discussions are presented as they happened live and without editing.

We were very fortunate to have as the chairperson of our initial roundtable discussion, Rachel Kite.

Rachel is Dean Emerida and a professor of practice at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

She has previously served a special representative of the UN Secretary General and Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Development for All.

Also, she served as World Bank Vice President and a special envoy for climate change.
