I am very good.

I'm sitting in a little hotel about 25 kilometers north of Gerona with a group that we're

doing spending a few days together with with my wife's created a company called the Grow Collective

and it's a really group really interesting group of people and we're bike riding and

think tanking. It sounds amazing you've been telling me about Nicole's venture. It sounds very, very cool indeed.

Nice space just to think of nothing other than, well, just to indulge a bit of body and mind therapy, isn't that the idea?

Yeah, that's the idea, because I mean, I mean you know as well we meet so many interesting people

when I travels thanks to cycling and the fact that we never really get a chance to kind of

continue the conversation.

It's normally the conversation happens on the bike ride and then you split off and never continues.

So I thought, well why don't I get together?
