0:49.1	learners out there. But at the end of the day, when it comes to marketing, if you're not out there
0:53.6	experimenting, you're just not going to learn, right? That's as old as like you can only be a professional
0:58.1	student for that long. Like, for example, I have this book over here called Scaling People. This one's
1:02.2	wrapped. But I bought a hundred of these for the upcoming event for people. This book is about
1:06.8	literally scaling people. I'm building a great people organization. I can read all this. But if we
1:11.4	don't implement, then we're not going to get that far. And so what we're doing with this book,
1:14.9	because it's like a tomb, for example, we are picking the issues that are most pertinent to us as an
1:20.6	organization. And we're reading it as a people team, right? And then from there, what we're doing is
1:25.7	we're slowly implementing each thing and we're stopping the reading. And so what I would recommend
1:28.8	is, as you learn these things, quickly go out there and implement. Because what tends to happen
1:32.7	is a lot of us start to become professional students. And we read these tweet threads, we react
1:37.4	to them. And we feel good about ourselves. It feels like a dopamine hit. But at the end of the day,
1:41.7	it just doesn't matter. And so I would say you got to go out there, you got to experiment,
