what you're no relation to a dj named lloyd thxton are you i am not i know that that's a

that's a old school wait he was a dj i thought he was an old TV guy. He was kind of the Dick Clark of

L.A. when I was a little, little kid. My sister used to watch his show. And he had all the

bands on. It was an afternoon dance party show in Los Angeles in the 60s. And his name was Lloyd

Thaxton. And he's the only other person I can think of with the name Thaxton. Yeah, I never encounter that last name ever.

And I, yeah, a few years ago discovered who he was.

But yeah, no relation.

He had kind of a, you know, a square haircut.

But his show is pretty groovy, as I recall.

I mean, mind you, I was like five or whatever.
