| 0:35.1 | influence but I want to talk about a godly influence and that is the title of |
| 0:39.8 | this message. What are the requirements in order that you and I would be a godly influence |
| 0:45.8 | on other people and so all of us have a responsibility especially as believers to be |
| 0:51.6 | influencers that is exerting the power that we have. Now that can be by our |
| 0:58.2 | voice, by our speech, by our personality, by our possessions, by our |
| 1:03.5 | personality, by our possessions, by our position in life, but all of us are influences. |
| 1:06.7 | And in the book of Daniel, you'll find the most beautiful example of someone who |
| 1:12.2 | indeed cast a godly influence on all those around |
| 1:16.8 | him. |
| 1:17.8 | And so I want you to turn, if you will, to Daniel and if some of you are new believers and you |
| 1:22.1 | don't know exactly where that is, if you look new believers and you don't know exactly whether it is if you look in the |
| 1:24.4 | old testament there are four big prophets there is Isaiah Jeremiah Ezekiel and then Daniel |
| 1:29.9 | and in this book there are many many lessons, but certainly Daniel is a beautiful example of someone who exerted a godly influence on those around him. |
