Hey welcome back to the morning mindset. It's time for you and for me to get our

minds aligned with the truth of God for this day. Let's not think too far ahead.

Let's just concentrate on this day.

You know, what have you got ahead?

Are there business meetings?

Are there busy days with the kids?

Are there some difficult conversations perhaps that you know that you need to have today?

This morning mindset, I believe, is appointed by God to help you face those things today.

Not because I'm anything special, but because God in his sovereignty and in his amazing

power can orchestrate things in history just like you and I would organize things on our kitchen counter.

You know, he can pull together my actions, bring it into your life through this morning

mindset and touch you exactly where you need to be today because he is that powerful.

I received an email from someone just this last week who was driving in their car and the morning mindset on a random episode just

began playing through the Bluetooth they had set up in their car I believe through

their phone and it was exactly the topic they needed to

hear for a difficult situation they were facing and administered to their

soul that is God at work my folks it's not me it's God I praise him for that kind of

thing in Peter today in 1

Peter chapter 1 praises God in that kind of a way as he begins teaching the

recipients of this letter what it is that God has done for them. He says,

blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ. You see,

Peter's just exploding with praise. He wants to give God the credit for what has happened in his life and in the lives of those
