Hello, my loves, I've got something for you, deep and sweet for today.

I'm going to offer you a poetic, prayerful something in honor of rest, in honor of authenticity,

an honor of the fact that Team D is taking essentially the whole month

of August to just go into chill mode. And if you are in a place where you can do so, I'm inviting,

encouraging, trying to live by example for you to do the same.

By chill mode, that means we're still going to be creative,

but we're going to go into deep work, creative zones,

where we're not chit-chatting so much on our social media

and our Slack channels and all the team things, I may actually

take an extended holiday, a sequential series of days in which I'm not doing anything to

save humanity or earn a living or support anything other than my nervous system.

So even with kids and holidays that you need to take a break from when you come back,

and nine to five and influencing and saving the world and concerns about war-torn globes and debauchery.

May you find some still moments.

May you have the courage to clear your calendar.

May you just lay down on your living room floor and just close your eyes for more than

four minutes and just rest. Here we go. Oh,

one more thing. If you do need customer service from Team Danielle, we will be there to answer you.

We will not leave you high and dry. And to my heart center members, my beloved's workshops are still

on, baby. I will be showing up for you

forever more. I will be back in September with all new fresh episodes. We're keeping it deep
