Recently we talked about the cult of the Grey Elm movement, which tied into the case

of Barbara Skirlova, and honestly I have been spiraling ever since because it led me

down this very strange rabbit hole of other somewhat similar stories.

Because the case, the Barbara Skirlova situation has been linked to the 2009 horror film,

The Orphan, which I think most of us know, I think I talked about it in the episode.

Like if you look up The Orphan True Story, which I do every time a new horror movie comes

out, Barbara's name is everywhere.

Well, it turns out there's another story, eerily similar that happened years after the movie

came out, and it is very bizarre, quite a situation, but it depends on who you ask.

I devoured anything and everything I could about this situation because it's fascinating.

It's a very fascinating case, there's no conclusive answers, it's very much a matter
