Hey, Dr. Berg here. In this video, we're going to talk about apple cider vinegar.

0:42.3

What are the benefits?

0:43.3

What are the myths?

0:44.3

First of all, here's the myth, that apple cider vinegar contains a lot of nutrients.

0:48.3

It really does not.

0:49.3

It doesn't have a lot of vitamin A, it doesn't have a lot of vitamin C, it doesn't have a lot of item in C, it doesn't have a lot of minerals.

1:39.2

The urine? Are you talking about the saliva? The real true indicator of pH for a body should be in the blood, but it's very difficult to test

1:49.2

1:54.5

right away.
