Housewives of Orange County, season 19, a pretty divisive season on Housewives, and so I

knew I needed to have somebody on who really knew their shit.

So today,

to help me break down season 19 of RHOC is The Daily Beast, Alec Karam. He has been recapping the show

all season long. He also recaps Real House of the Salt Lake City for them. So go check his

recaps out. He really has some incredibly intelligent takes on these shows and you know I felt I felt I felt

complicated feelings at the end of the season of the Real Housewives of Orange County

partially because I felt a little bit disconnected from some of what the viewers online

were talking about and also just because of that reunion I mean that that that part

through that reunion that was quite a doozy for reasons that felt pretty unique. And I needed help making sense of it, honestly. So Alec helped me break down all of the season of Real Housewives of Orange County. We went for almost an hour and a half on this. So I think you'll really enjoy it. I'm going to keep it short up top here because I don't think there are any other sort of hot button Bravo topics that I have not addressed to talk about up top here. So let's just cut to the chase. Alec is here to do our end-of- season deep dive. Even though I don't really feel like going super deep into this season of OC, we are doing it. Alec, thanks for coming back. How are you? Good. I'm doing good. I hope you're doing good too. Last night seemed to like knock the wind out of everyone,

but I hope we can all recover after a confusing reunion. Yeah, confusing is a good word for it because, and maybe confusing for the whole season, because for me, it's this weird paradox

where like, I feel like a lot of this season, everybody online was like, I don't like this season. You know, it's so bad, whatever. But like individually, when I would watch an episode, it's not like I had a bad time watching the episodes personally. Like, there was, there was decent drama. Like, there was some story. Like, there's a lot of stars on this cast. Like, I didn't individually dislike a lot of the episodes necessarily,

but like when you, when I took a step back from the, the individual episodes and thought about the season overall and sort of like the direction of the show as the season sort of signaled,

that's where I was like, wait, like, this is just not this is, there's something off about what's

going on here. We'll go into the season, but I guess I would just not, this is, there's something off about what's going on here. We'll go
