I love everything that the Disney company has put out in the past a million years,

a hundred years this year.

And so, uh...

A hundred is crazy.

So like, you know, how do you put little baby Rachel at ease with what you're doing in your career?

Rachel Zegler is someone who in her relatively short career has managed to stir up a surprising amount of controversy.

Most of it related to, you know, crapping on a beloved animated classic.

Oh, while simultaneously starring in the reboot of it, by the way.

I just mean that it's no longer 1937, and we absolutely wrote a Snow White.

That is not going to be saved by the Prince.

She's not going to be saved by the Prince, and she's not going to be dreaming about true love

she's dreaming about becoming the leader she knows she can be yeah I'm sure you guys

have all seen those clips 101 times by now as it turns out disrespecting a movie while also simultaneously trying to

capitalize on the existing fans of that movie, it's not really a winning marketing strategy

so much so that a lot of people have theorized that one of the reasons why Disney has delayed their upcoming live action adaptation of Snow White to 2025 when it was initially supposed to be launching in 2024

was in part to try and give some room some air to Rachel Zegler's comments.

You know, maybe hope that by the time 2025 comes around well people would have

forgotten about well this I mean you know the original cartoon came out in

1937 and very evidently so There is a big focus on her love story with a guy who

literally stocks her. Weird, weird. So we didn't do that this time.

And to be fair, I'm sure that's not the only reason the movie is delayed.

I mean, let's not forget that reshoots trying to undo the terrible decision to make the seven dwarves seven magical creatures.
