Lots of stuff. Snippets. A lot of snippets. Oh, geez. So let's get right into it. I'm already tired.

We haven't even started. Last week, we talked about connecting with your children. Yes, I liked that show.

It was a good show. got a lot of good feedback.

We did.

We got a lot of feedback, you guys, and that's wonderful.

Some of it was just your suggestions, but some of it were questions.

What we talked about last week was how when we're to connect with our children, we have to

take interest in their interests rather than expect them to be completely interested in us and that they should follow our lead.

Being the parent and being the adult in the relationship, we need to look to them and see what they are interested in.

Take the initiative.

Be assertive.

Exactly.

And be interested.

And be interested. Your friend's question was,

but shouldn't we introduce them to our interest to as the parents? Shouldn't we introduce them to the

things we love? And my answer is the word that I use all the time in the show is absolutely. Of course we

should. I thought you're going to say balance. Well, balance, yes, but I guess that's the thing. You know,

in doing a radio show and talking about these issues with parenting, there are no absolutes.
