Man, I'm excited to jump in real quick for people that are brand new to you. They don't know your story. They don't know what you've been through, what you've accomplished. Walk us through a two-minute backstory about like where you were before, what you've accomplished because you are a huge capital raise or a multifamily investor

here in the Scottsdale market. Yeah. So I think that it'll always occur for myself as a real estate guy.

I bought my first rental property when I was 19. I got to experience the whole buy it for $236,000.

18 months later, it appraises for $103,000. And there's my intro into real estate.

And I attribute a lot to I went and knocked some doors for a couple summers.

I think some of the biggest life lessons I learned was in that.

Then I was able to start making money and good money off of real estate.

That turned into me investing in a company, catering to some of the largest reits in the country.

And we opened up a multifamily division.

And that's when my mind was opened up quite a bit.

Who owns these things?

How are they acquiring them?

And in my mind, it was just like some rich old dude that owns these things.

And I found out that wasn't the case. When we're getting approvals on these properties, it was just like some rich old dude that owns these things and I found out that wasn't the

from the ownership group who's these ownership groups this light bulb went off and so I created an

exit in that company we had 13 locations and eight different states and 13 different markets and we sold that.

And I knew that was coming.

And I had a great mentor in the alternative world and alternative investments, which is like

really similar to private equity.

But he took me under his wing and showed me how to raise money.
