Hello, hello, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of Fluently Forward. We have on Sabrina joining us

0:07.1

today. She is a relationship and confidence coach. She's also the host of the podcast, You Will Be Okay.

And we recently synced up a couple weeks ago on your podcast to talk about two quote unquote,

0:18.8

unlikable celebrities, Blake Lively and Megan Markle and

0:22.0

like how people perceive them. What makes someone unlikable? What is it about an interview

0:27.4

quote that kind of makes you cringe and clench your butthole? And today we are going to be talking

1:06.7

Yeah.

1:07.2

Okay.

1:07.5

Is it though because sometimes I'm like one of my biggest pet peeves is when someone is late and I'm like never late. But does it reply to like maybe deeper things? So, okay, I think, I don't know

1:17.6

if it's so universally applicable. Sometimes we all just have certain things that we value. So it could

1:23.0

be the person being late makes you feel like are they not valuing my time? And that is like a trigger for you.

1:28.5

For example, something about me is I can be a bit judgmental about people who are lazy because

1:34.7

I'm the hardest on myself when I feel like I'm being lazy. That's what fills me with self-loathing.

1:40.2
